Typically, your order will be processed within a week following the payment of your invoice. However, the actual delivery time can fluctuate based on factors such as the date of your telehealth appointment, the specific medications ordered, and the availability of these medications. To participate in an FWD Care consultation, you simply need to complete a set of health-related questions and confirm your identity by providing a photo ID. Once you have submitted your information, our medical professionals in the United States will evaluate whether you are a candidate for treatment and decide on the most appropriate medication for your condition.
If you qualify for treatment, a private prescription will be issued to you by our medical team. There's no need for a pre-existing prescription to use services from FWD Care.
Once our medical professionals have evaluated your progress and issued your next prescription, your shipment will be dispatched promptly. This ensures that you always have your medication available to continue your treatment.
We currently do not accept insurance, all services are self-pay. We do accept almost all forms of digital payment, credit cards, Apple Pay, et al. When billed, card payments will be shown under the name ‘FWD Care’
We ship in plain packaging to make sure your treatment is undetectable from the outside.
